From ‘90s diet ads to TikTok trends, women have been told their worth equals their weight. Dieting, emotional eating, and “starting over Monday” are so normalized that most women don’t realize how damaging it is.
Max and Shane explore how these messages pass from mother to daughter, creating generations of women stuck in the same cycle of guilt and dieting.
4. Life Load & Priorities
Women wear all the hats — career, family, caregiver — and are taught that putting themselves last is noble. But as Max says, “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” When you learn to prioritize yourself without guilt, everything changes: your health, your energy, and even your relationships.
