She now focuses on the deeper drivers of change, helping clients create sustainable habits without falling back into restriction or all-or-nothing thinking. Rosie is an accredited Mind Body Eating Coach and holds a Diploma in Transformative Coaching.

Outside of coaching, Rosie’s perfect day is spent exploring cities in the sun with people she loves, embracing the enjoyable, balanced, fulfilling lifestyle she helps her clients build.

Ed has been teaching mindfulness for over 15 years, and The Guardian calls him “one of the UK’s leading mindfulness instructors and writers.”

Elissa is a breathwork coach and special mission pilot who specialises in helping people stay calm when life feels demanding.

After years of working in high-pressure aviation, she saw firsthand that performance and well-being depend on one skill above all else: the ability to regulate your nervous system in real time.

Her work focuses on simple, practical breathwork tools that help clients manage stress, reduce overwhelm, and feel more in control — supporting lasting changes in habits, health, and confidence.
