When he’s not coaching, Max lives life to the fullest in the French Pyrenees — hiking, climbing, and cycling through the mountains he calls home.

Now a qualified Women's Health Coach specialising in nutrition and hormonal health, she focuses on empowering women to make sustainable lifestyle changes, fuel their bodies properly, and build habits that last — without falling into the trap of restriction.
Beyond coaching, Mollie is embracing a new chapter in Vancouver after relocating from the UK. You'll often find her hiking, skiing, swimming, and making the most of the active, outdoor lifestyle she loves. Qualified with Well Global College.

With 8 years’ experience as a Registered Nutritional Therapist—and a personal health journey of her own—Amanda deeply understands the root causes behind digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune conditions. She takes a whole-body, evidence-based approach, spotting patterns conventional methods often miss.
Currently training in Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, Amanda is expanding her expertise in the mind-body connection to deepen her work even further. She’s committed to delivering expert insight, personalised strategies, and clarity—not guesswork—through the Live 360 program.

A mindfulness teacher, coach and supervisor. He offers mindfulness training for beginners and more experienced practitioners, including 1-2-1 mindfulness coaching and mentoring, group courses, and training for organisations. He is the author of three books: Into The Heart of Mindfulness, Mindfulness: How To Live Well By Paying Attention, and The Mindful Manifesto. Ed has been teaching mindfulness for over 15 years, and The Guardian calls him “one of the UK’s leading mindfulness instructors and writers.”
